Drywall Partitions are high performance, interior wall systems comprising lightweight cold rolled steel framing components in the form of tracks, studs, fixings and accessories encased in plasterboard on either side attached with mechanical fixings. Finished with either tape and joint or plaster skim.
FIRE STOPPING
Firestopping is a form of passive fire protection that is used to seal around openings and between joints in a fire resistance rated wall or floor assembly. Examples include service penetrations, expansion joints, steel penetrations and fire doors.
STEEL FRAME SYSTEMS
SFS (Steel Frame Systems) is a construction solution comprising lightweight, cold rolled steel sections in the form of tracks, studs, fixings and accessories. it is commonly used to support the external facade and infill components of a building.
